The script CodeControl - Autmoatic cPanel Creator is a Web Hosting Tools script (Web Hosting Companies Tools).

This script ran in php and mysql, consists of 1 file which allows usres to signup using a package which you can create via the admin section. They can use there dmoain or use a subdomain.

This script is stlil in developement but current version (1.0) is available for free.

The next version will include paypal ipn and paid signups, and a lot more featuers. Check out the forums and download the script!
